How Do I Order Lakeshore Labels

Step 1

Obtain Purchase Order(s) from your Lakeshore Buyer.

Step 2

If you choose to use Pacific Barcode Label Printing Services, go to Step 3.

If you choose to Make Your Own Labels, you need to make sure all labels are made per Lakeshore
label format.  Blank label stock can be obtained through Pacific Barcode (see form for ordering).

Step 3

Complete the Purchase Order Form entering your customer info., purchase order numbers, and
P.O. date.  Unless otherwise noted, all orders will be billed and shipped using the default values on
your account. All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of receipt. Orders received by 11:00 a.m. PST
are usually processed and shipped the same day.

Step 4

Receive labels and place on merchandise per Lakeshore standards (note label placement pages in the
Lakeshore Vendor Guide).
